Depression? Want to overcome? Then put on your shoes and walk
Few days ago I was very sad due to some family problems and I missed a great opportunity in my life for which I have lagged behind my success about 10 years.

I was depressed and wanted to overcome it. For some people as like as me, the Motivational Speech or the Meditation doesn't work to cope up Depression. 
And I personally recommend not to take self medications when you are in depression. It may turn into addiction.

I am very much emotional and egoistic too. For me the ways are so narrow to fix any problem. I know it's not a good habit. "Ego" this term is one of the main source of Depression.

I tried many ways to overcome depression but all of these didn't work for me. So, the depression remained upto a certain period. It may be 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or even more. 
So this time I applied a new theory. I set up a milestone about 6.5 km using Google Map and started walking. I didn't stop walking except buying a Water Bottle. In that mean time with every steps I praised my Creator. So I didn't feel alone when walking.
When I reached at my destination I felt very Happy and noticed that my depression had gone. Instead of feeling tired I felt very refreshed and free. And I became self motivated to do more good things in my life to be success.

After that when the evil "Depression" attacks me I prepare my self to walk in the battle.
